Every school has a word from God or a theme for the school and we make sure to design our classrooms to match the theme or the word for the school. This is to remind the students and staff about what God has spoken about the school and look forward to what God is going to do throughout the school. This helps the students and staff to remember the goodness of God.
Worship, Prayer, Intercession & Community Gathering. We meet here on Monday morning for worship, Wednesday morning prayers mostly focus on students, staff and our base. Make Your Petition Known (MYPK) as we call it, Thursday mornings are corporate base intercession and community night in the evening.
Our offices are use by staff who are working and planning our upcoming schools, calling and talking to potential students and praying with them if needed. It also a place where school and base logistics are taken care of. Staff working in the office sometimes take time to listen to God and minister to each other.
Our staff and students both help prepare our meals. Some students prepare meal as their work duty and a staff lead the cooking.
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served everyday in the dining area. Sometimes we have food from other nations. Our prep crew are always happy to cook and serve.
We have two separate houses for guys and ladies. Students in a dorm can agree to decorate their dorm the way they like it and have a home like dorm. School staff always pray before they put students together in a dorm.
The living room area is where students hangout, connect with each other from different schools, and get to know themselves on a personal level. Sharing ideas on a school project, watching movies, playing card games, having Coffee or Tee together, or having discussion with each other. Students look forward to connecting with each other in those days.
This is where students spend some of their free time with each other in the evenings after doing their assignments. They play table tennis as teams or individuals. This is where you see students becoming themselves, screaming and laughing loud as they compete as teams. It’s always a joy to see these moments. Things that you will not see on a normal day, you will see it on game night. Game nights are always fun and you don’t want to miss it.
We have a volleyball court and a big space for frisbee, football, Soccer or any outdoor game that you choose to play. And you can also choose to go fishing outside the base.
