Jump into a journey with God
Our Discipleship Training School (DTS) is a five month immersive experience that radically changes hearts and lives to live a new normal, surrendered to God. Whether you feel close, distant or new in your relationship with God, DTS is a place where you can go further. It can be an important step toward living your life completely for Him, knowing God better while reaching the last, the least and the lost for His glory and purposes. Don’t put off answering His call!
Training
The first three months are spent at the YWAM Minneapolis facility growing in your relationship with God and others as well as learning about how God is moving in the world. The emphasis is always on heart transformation and character development rather than merely the accumulation of information. Through regular times of teaching, prayer, worship, personal sharing, and local outreaches, you will have many opportunities to learn and grow.
Outreach
The second part of the school is what distinguishes DTS from other discipleship programs. It is where you apply what you’ve learned in the Training Phase. Our outreaches are 8-weeks long and filled with exciting opportunities to not only see the lost saved but to offer hope and make a difference in the world. While locations vary with each DTS, one thing never changes: you and the people you encounter will never be the same!
